Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology (CCAT)

CCAT functions as a economic development organization that combines expertise in technology with specialized centers of excellence in manufacturing, education, training, energy and entrepreneurialism. CCAT's business incubator offers start-ups access to essential resources such as CCAT's offices, laboratories, light manufacturing and R&D space. Incubator companies at CCAT also have access to conference and meeting facilities and the expertise of strategic partners. CCAT's collaborative environment enables start-ups to more easily develop both the business and technology elements of their companies. Technology based incubator participants are potentially eligible for grants of up to $30,000 through the state-funded Small Business Incubator Program.
