Cuncordia Disability and Survivor Plan (CDSP) is a multi-employer corporate pension based in St. Louis, Missouri. Established in 1969, the plan provides disability benefits to caring congregations, schools, and other special ministry organizations who are registered under the Concordia Plan Services. The Lutheran ChurchAiMissouri Synod has established this disability and survivor income plan, for the workers of the synod and the controlled organizations and has made the provisions of said plan available to the member congregations and to other affiliated agencies. The purpose of the plan is to provide benefits to disabled members and to the survivors of members whose income is interrupted by death.The assets of the fund are managed by the Board of Directors.
