CEDI Investments is a family office with a single source of capital. Based in Colorado and with roots in the Midwest, we seek acquisitions of small and lower middle market businesses with headquarters in the United States. Our firm and our limited partner have operational experience in a number of industries, including health care, IT, heavy manufacturing, and transportation. They also have extensive experience with acquisitions. At this time the firm has one portfolio company, in the specialty retail space
