Buckingham Capital Partners is a private investment firm specializing in leveraged buyouts of U.S.-based, lower middle market technology, industrial and manufacturing companies. Buckingham seeks to make control equity investments in leveraged and management buyouts and recapitalizations of companies in the $10 million to $100 million valuation range. The firm targets companies with revenues between $5 million and $100 million and EBITDA greater than $2 million. Since December 2004, Buckingham has completed ten leveraged buyouts with combined sales in excess of $280 million and more than 1,200 employees. The firm makes initial equity commitments of $2 million to $15 million.
