Blue Horizon Equity

Blue Horizon Equity is a private equity firm that invests in businesses focused on healthy and sustainable living. The firm makes growth-equity, lower middle market, and buyout investments in companies that are capitalizing on the accelerating trends towards healthy and sustainable living across a number of industry sectors, including, but not limited to, Consumer Products, Business Services, Technology, Health/Wellness and Environmental Sustainability. Blue Horizon targets companies with $5 - 100 million in revenue, that are cash flow positive or have a clear path to profitability, and based in the Western U.S. Blue Horizon typically invests $2 million to $30 million per transaction. The firm will consider any of the following transaction types: growth equity, acquisitions, management buyouts, recapitalizations, consolidations, corporate divestitures, PIPEs, structured investments, and distressed situations.
