Bizdom

Bizdom is the entrepreneurial accelerator formed in 2007 by Dan Gilbert , chairman of Rock Ventures LLC and Quicken Loans. The firm invests in web or tech-based early-stage startups that can get to beta, prototype, or first customers within 3 months. Bizdom is not currently looking to fund traditional agency/consulting based models, heavy manufacturing, brick and mortar retail, or pharma/biotech. Startups should be based out of either Detroit or Cleaveland and receive $25K in seed funding in exchange for 8% equity to the nonprofit Bizdom fund.
