We are in the Alternative Lending space as a broker. We reach out to or generate leads of businesses looking for loans that cannot get them anywhere else. Once we have all of the documentation, we show our funding partners the file and get the max amount of money we can. Alternative loans are high interest loans, therefore our percentage of the deal is high. We make between 10-12% of the funded. I.E. a 10K loan, we make between $1000- $1200 dollars. Our launch was in January of 2015 and so far we have done 85K in loans as of January 26th.
