Berkshire County Retirement System (BCRS) is a public pension fund based in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Established in 1937, the plan provides retirement and pension benefits to the eligible employees. The retirement system administers the pension system for the public employees of 46 towns, districts, and authorities throughout Berkshire County. The assets of the pension fund are managed by the five-member board of directors.
