Established in 1993, BSEC Structured Finance is the Investment Banks & Service Providers and investment banking arm of Banque Bemo. BSEC provides buy side and sell side advisory services to help clients pursue their growth strategies via capital raising, and mergers and acquisitions transactions. The firm also offers fund administration services to its clients whether in the frame of a financing transaction or to third party investment scheme managers. BSEC also advises its clients on less complex balance sheet financing, such as bonds issuances. Based on clients' credit profile and financing needs, BSEC can devise tailor made structures that can vary from short term commercial paper issuance to longer term debt obligations and Sukuk issues. The firm is based out of Beirut, Lebanon.
