Formerly known as TMB Industries, Begel Industries is a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on creating value through investing in industrial businesses and providing management and operational resources to those investments. Begel has acquired 41 businesses since 1989 and generally acquires industrial businesses with annual revenues of up to $50 million. Begel has significant experience acquiring and operating businesses in the general industrial, automotive, medium and heavy-duty truck, and engineered products sectors. The firm targets North American opportunities, with a preference for the Midwest.
