The Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) is a federal government agency that works to improve the business climate and lends a hand for individual business start-ups, modernizations and expansions. The Agency focuses on various growth-oriented sectors including advanced manufacturing, aerospace and defense, agriculture and agri-food, aquaculture, health biosciences, cleantech, information and communications technology, and ocean technology.
