Astralis works with company founders seeking liquidity opportunities and company management teams wanting to continue to grow the company. Astralis invests its own capital, as well as partners with private investors with operational experience. Astralis Capital is seeking established manufacturing and technology companies with a track record of success. Target companies have sales revenue in the range of $2M - $10M annually and are EBITDA positive. Target areas of interest include manufacturing companies with a 'custom' product focus as well as technology companies with a strong patent position or niche dominating position. Astralis is currrently targeting opportunities in the commercial furniture and fixtures market and is seeking to acquire 3-4 companies which it can combine under a common management and marketing organization.
