The firm merged with Asset Plus Securities Company Limited and invested in 99.99% shares of Asset Plus Fund Management Company Limited in order to create value-added services for its customers. Asia Plus Securities's core operation comprises of investment banking, fund management, investment trading, and securities and derivatives brokerage.
