Arkansas Public Employees Retirement System (APERS) is a multi-employer defined benefit retirement public pension fund based in Little Rock, Arkansas. Established in 1957, the system provides retirement benefits to the county employees, municipal employees, college and university employees, non-teaching public school employees, and other non-state employees. The assets are managed by a nine-member Board of Trustees.
