Afore XXI Banorte

Afore XXI Banorte is a corporate pension based in Monterrey, Mexico. Established in 1997, the pension fund manager is responsible for managing individual accounts of workers where employers, government and the worker contribute resources to make up their retirement fund. It was formed by the merger of Afore Banorte Generali and Afore XXI and is part of Grupo Financiero Banorte. The Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) and Grupo Financiero Banorte (GFNorte) are the shareholders of Afore XXI Banorte. The assets of the fund are managed by the executive management team.
