3V SourceOne (3VS1) is an Asian private equity firm with offices in Silicon Valley and Singapore specializing in high growth companies with the aim of helping management teach reach their full potential. 3VS1 was founded in Q3 of 2000 by Michael Wu, Jeffrey Khoo and Kim Seng Tan, who formerly managed venture funds totaling $125 million. Initial investments typically are lead or co-lead, and deals range from $200,000 to $1 million with the intention to participate in subsequent rounds of financing, joint-ventures or spin-offs. In 2009, 3VS1 launched the 3VS1 Asia Growth Fund 2 targeted at institutional and individual investors. 3VS1 Asia Growth Fund 2 is the firm's second fund approved under the Global Investor Program (GIP) administered by the Singapore Economic Development Board.
