William Cardwell

Will Cardwell is a Co-Founder of Courage Ventures, where he serves as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner. He also serves as Chairman at Huoleti and MealLogger. He serves as Board Member and Internationalization Advisor at Treamer. He also serves as Partner at Open Circle Capital. He is a Senior Lecturer at Aalto University Executive Education, and Aalto School of Science (the Aalto Ventures Program). He is a mentor to several accelerators and does some angel investing. Formerly, he co-founded the Aalto Center for Entrepreneurship, and the $21m AppCampus Mobile App Accelerator. He has secured a large grant from Google to support community development around the new data center in Hamina Finland and still manages the program. Previously, he ran Finland's largest Technology Incubator, with customers in Finland, St, Petersburg, and Estonia. He has spent 15 years in the Finnish high- tech environment, served as CEO of a startup (Valimo Wireless), venture capitalist (Eqvitec Partners, Conor Venture Partners), investment banker (Robertson Stephens), and researcher and lecturer. He also served as board member at Huoleti.
