He is a Co-Founder & served as the Chief Technology Officer at Quidsi. Before joining Quidsi, Wei was the president of Suryani International for more than 10 years. Suryani, a small web application development company with a focus on e-commerce application development, catered to clients ranging from large financial institutions such as Citibank to mid-size retail and wholesale companies. Suryani developed the original Diapers.com system that enabled the company to manage entire operations through a web-based system. He did his BA from Bowdoin College in Computer Science and MS in Computer Science from Brown University.
