Tracy Warren

Tracy Warren is a Co-Founder and serves as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at NellOne Therapeutics. She is a Co-Founder and serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Astarte Medical Partners. She also served as General Partner at Battelle Ventures. She served as General Partner at Innovation Valley Partners. Tracy has worked closely with the technology transfer and economic development organizations in medical centers, universities and laboratories, including six of the U.S. Department of Energy National Laboratories, and the Health and Life Sciences division of Battelle Memorial Institute, the world's largest nonprofit research and development organization. She advises on new-company formation; equity and valuation; intellectual property review, triage and development; technology maturation program development; commercial business strategies; evaluation of potential development partners and/or licensees; mergers and acquisitions; and identification of technology transfer best practices. Tracy started in venture capital more than a decade ago, after being an associate in SG Cowen (now Cowen and Company) Securities & Health Care Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Finance divisions. She holds a B.S. degree from New York University Stern School of Business and an M.B.A from Columbia Business School, and is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
