LaSalle Capital Group was founded in 1984. The firm's principals Rocco Martino and Jeff Walters, have been active investors in the lower middle market for more than 20 years. LaSalle is currently managing two committed funds totaling over $330 million, and is seeking to recapitalize a business, fund growth plans, or make strategic, complementary acquisitions. LaSalle targets companies with: Enterprise values between $5 and $50 million; Revenues of $10 to $100 million; and EBITDA over $2 million. The firm invests between $5 and $15 million in each platform, and LaSalle's investment horizon is typically five to seven years before exit.
