Stan has a significant track record of creating stakeholder value through senior executive positions. Currently, Stan is the President and CEO of Hilex Poly, a leading manufacturer of plastic bag and film products based in Hartsville, South Carolina. Before his appointment at Hilex Poly, Stan held several executive positions, including President and CEO of Renaissance Mark, President and CEO of Exopack, and Group President for Pliant. Also, Stan served as an Operating Partner for Arsenal Capital, a New York-based middle-market private equity fund. While at Arsenal, Stan served on the Board of Directors of several portfolio companies in a broad spectrum of sectors, including printing, packaging, refrigeration and HVAC. Stan has vast experience in both operational improvement and acquisition growth strategies. Stan holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Youngstown State University.
