Sebastian Von Johnston

Sebastian Johnston is the Founder at Regiondo. He is Founding Partner at DIF where he is responsible for deal flow sourcing, due diligence, transaction management, venture building and scaling as well as human resources. He has been Founder and Managing Partner of JODA MEDIA Consulting since 2008, a Berlin and Munich based consultancy firm specializing on E-Commerce, Digital Technology, Innovation Management, Business Incubation, Growth-Strategies, Venture Capital, VC-Fund Consultancy and Investment Advisory. He consulted over the years multiple start-ups as well as large industrial groups and media houses in these segments. He has also been advisor to many German Venture Capital and Private Equity funds in the areas of deal flow sourcing and due diligence. Since 2008 he has been an active serial entrepreneur and business angel with numerous start-ups in the segments E-Commerce, online Marketplaces, Big Data, Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Med-tech. On board level he focused on the areas technology, distribution and sales, marketing and scaling. Previously he was responsible for the building up of Conde Nast's digital division. He studied Business Administration (M.B.A.) with focus on innovationmanagement, entrepreneurship, finance and marketing at the Wissenschaftlichen Hochschule fur Unternehmensfuhrung (WHU), Harvard University, ITAM and Thammasat University.
