The University of British Colombia Investment Management Trust Inc. (IMANT) was established by the University of British Columbia in March 2003 to provide comprehensive investment management for the University's Endowment, Staff Pension Plan, Working Capital and other UBC funds.�The University of British Columbia Investment Management Trust invests in funds of hedge funds, private equity funds, funds of private equity funds, real estate funds, and infrastructure.�A new policy mix was adopted in late 2010. It is anticipated that assets will be transitioned to the new policy mix over the next three years.� It expects to transition its policy to around 10% in private equity, 10% in real estate, and 5% in infrastructure.
