The firm's investments typically build recurring, long-term customer relationships, differentiating themselves with the application of technology and the use of offshore resources. Staley makes $10-$100MM growth equity and buy-out investments. Co-Founder, Renny Smith has invested nearly $500MM of capital with approximately a 3x return multiple. Renny was a partner at Thomas H.
