Ramu Sunkara is a Co-Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer at Synqq. He is a Co-Founder & serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Skyline Labs. He led Qik's operations from his garage during 2006, launched the service directly to consumers in 2008 and raised the company's initial funding. He led strategic deployments with carriers and carrier infrastructure providers globally. Prior to Qik, Sunkara was the VP of Oracle's Real-Time Collaboration Products and a member of the Oracle Architecture Review Board. While at Oracle, he started the Database Grid division and built the organization to several hundred developers and product managers as well as annual license revenue of over $500 million. Additionally, he started the Real-Time Collaboration division at Oracle and grew it to a several hundred person division with annual license revenue of over $50 million. Sunkara has an MBA from Boston University, an MS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a bachelor's degree of technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
