Ramon Zeng

Ramun joined DCM in 2007 and is currently a General Partner. Ramon focuses on consumer internet and IT services, with particular interest in social network, eCommerce, SaaS and big data. Some of his recent investments include Cyclone, Etouch, Everday Yitao, Kuaidian, Leapstack, Maimai, Mollybox, Pink Elephant,Tantan (acquired by Momo), Sensordata, SquoiaDB, Tking, Yunquna, Ucloud and Zaihui. He also plays a significant role in other DCM portfolio companies such as Vipshop(NYSE:VIPS), 58.com(NYSE:WUBA), Tuniu(NASDAQ:TOUR), Uxin (NASDAQ:UXIN), Happyelements and Kanbox (Acquired by Alibaba). Prior to joining DCM, Ramon was an Associate at Panthera Capital Group. At Panthera, he focused on growth stage investments in technology companies. Previously, Ramon worked as a Regional Business Analyst at AIG/AIU for Company's efforts of Great China expansion. Ramon began his career at the e-Banking department of the Industrial & Commercial Bank of China, where he worked as business development manager for online banking. Ramon was listed as Top Venture Capitalists in China in 2018 by Forbes Magazine, Top Venture Investors in 2017 by Financial Times China and 40 under 40 by Cyzone from 2013-2015.
