Quan Zhou

Quan Zhou joined IDG Capital in 1993 and has been the Managing Partner since 1995. Quan received a Ph.D. in Fiber Optics from Rutgers University in 1989, a master's degree from the Chinese Academy of Science in 1984, and a bachelor's degree in Science from University of Science and Technology of China in 1981. He has also won awards from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and holds U.S. patents for fiber optic devices.
