Peter Gotsch

Founded 1998, Svoboda Capital Partners (SC) (formerly known as Svoboda, Collins) is a Chicago-based private equity firm that invests in and helps build value-added distribution, business services, and consumer products businesses. SC manages $250 million of committed capital which it invests in middle market companies either through management buyouts, leveraged recapitalizations or growth equity investments. Prospective targets typically have $10 to $100 million in revenue and $3 to $15 million in EBITDA. SC typically makes investments of $10 to $25 million per company as the sole investor, or in partnership with other private equity firms.
