Paul Bell

Paul Bell serves as Operating Partner at Lead Edge Capital. He also served as an Advisor at ATX Venture Partners. He serves as a Board Member at Daily Inches. He served as a senior operating executive at Dell from 1996 to 2012, where he developed and deployed business unit strategies that helped the company grow from $7 billion to $60 billion. He was most recently President of the global Public Sector and Large Enterprise organization, which accounted for half the company's revenue. Earlier in his career he led the Consumer and Small Business sector. From 2007 to 2009, Bell was President of the Americas region. From 2000 to 2007 he was President of the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, based in London. In his various leadership roles he had responsibility for the P&L, sales and marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, and service delivery. Bell has deep experience in developing and operating sales and marketing models for all segments from consumers through to large global enterprises, both direct and through channels. Before joining Dell, Bell was a strategy consultant at Bain & Co. from 1990 to 1996, leading engagements in technology, logistics, consumer products, retail, banking and insurance. Prior to Bain, he worked in corporate finance at Morgan Stanley, primarily with clients in technology. Bell has an MBA from Yale and a BA and a BS from Penn State, where he served on the Board of Trustees.He served as Board Member at Kapost.
