Mitchell Patterson

Mitchell Patterson is the Co-Founder of Hack Upstate. He also is a Co-Founder of Odd Networks and serves as its Vice President of Platform & Strategic Partnerships. He also is an Angel Investor. Mitchell Patterson served as the Director and Chief Operating Officer at Startup Labs. He previously worked as the managing director for emerging business at CenterState chief executive officer and the co-director for the Syracuse Technology Garden. Additionally he has managed the Grants for Growth Fund. These two investment vehicles have made CenterState the largest investor in the region over the past 5 years. His investment focus has been Information Technology, Digital Media, Mems, Bio-Technology, and Digital & Electronic Devices. Mitchell additionally serves as an organizer and facilitator for Startup Weekends throughout upstate New York. Mitchell also runs angel investing bootcamps for high-net-worth individuals to increase diversity in the global angel investing community and create capital for entrepreneurs in developing countries. Mitchell previously founded a Young Democrats Group and was a lead staff member for State Senate Majority leader Jeff Klein.
