Michael Brownrigg

Michael Brownrigg serves as Co-Founding Partner at TOTAL Impact Capital. He is an Angel Investor. Michael's background is in diplomacy, chiefly trade negotiations, and venture capital/private equity. While in the US Foreign Service he served the country in Hong Kong, Syria and Washington DC, including at the Office of the US Trade Representative, part of the Executive Office of the President. At ChinaVest, the oldest US private equity firm in China, Michael was Managing Partner and helped make and manage investments in growth companies in logistics, manufacturing, consumer services and information technology, sitting on numerous boards of high growth companies. Michael served on ChinaVest's Investment Committee and oversaw investor relations with ChinaVest's blue chip US institutional Limited Partners.
