Matthew Plooster

Matthew Plooster is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Principal at Bridgepoint Merchant Banking. He is also a Board Member at KemPharm. Prior to co-founding Bridgepoint with Claypool, Plooster co-founded his prior firm's M&A and institutional corporate finance investment banking practice. In addition, Plooster previously worked in Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division in Chicago, and also in the Global Investment Banking Division at Deutsche Bank Securities in both Chicago and New York. Plooster received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago after also attending the University of Nebraska. He is also an alumnus of Columbia Business School in New York. His civic leadership roles include Advisory Board at the Heart Ministry Center in Omaha, NE and the Foundation Investment Committee at Elkhorn Mt. Michael.
