Lorne Gertner is a Co-Founder and the Chairman of Tokyo Smoke.He is the Founder and Chairman of MoCanna. He is a Board Member of iCAN. He has substantial experience in fashion whether as president of Leonard, investing in Pink Tartan with Joe Mimran, or as the Vice Chair of the Fashion Design Council of Canada. He also serves as Advisory Board Member at Green Acre Capital. He is a serial entrepreneur with experience in start-ups, IPOs, fashion, retail, architecture, real estate, finance and the emerging cannabis industry. Gertner is the Founder and CEO of Midori Capital, co-founder and former chairman of PharmaCan Capital Corporation (MMJ.V), Cofounder of Tokyo Smoke, CEO and Chairman of HG2 Capital Corp., an Investment/merchant bank in the cannabis sector. Gertner is currently on the board of Green Acre Capital, Hiku Brands Limited (CNSX: HIKU), Empower Clinics Inc (CSE:EPW) and the Design Exchange. He is also an adjunct professor at the John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, University of Toronto. Gertner is a graduate of The John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, University of Toronto and has completed the ICD.D designation at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
