Lachlan Sloan

Lachlan Sloan is a Co-Founder of CoLo Technology. He is also a Co-Founder and serves as Chief Operating Officer at Compass Offices. He joined ConnectedGroup in 2001, a recruitment firm based in Hong Kong. In 2003, he joined Hong Kong recruitment firm Wall Street Associates, serving first as Chief Operating Officer and then as Chief Executive Officer. In July 2007, he moved into the managed services business unit of Talent2 Asia. His experience in solution selling, executive search and overall exposure to Talent Acquisition Management (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) in Asia made him the ideal candidate for further developing the RPO solutions business across Asia.
