The Ohio TechAngel Fund, LLC (OTAF) is a contributed capital and 'sidecar' angel fund with over two hundred members and partners from throughout Ohio. Funds I & II have been fully invested and are no longer seeking new opportunities. Fund III is seeking Ohio-based opportunities in information technology, advanced materials, and medical technology. However, OTA has little interest in the following: Consumer Retail Products; Businesses in the restaurant, travel or lodging industries; Products or services focused on fashions, fads, toys or seasonal concepts; Commercial real-estate, oil or gas projects. OTAF invests primarily in Ohio-based companies.
