John Criswick

John Criswicl is a Co-Founder and Investor at Blacksumac. He is also an Angel Investor. He is also a Co-Founder of Magmic and also serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He also served as Chief Executive Officer and co-founded Rove Mobile. He is the founder of Rove, successful entrepreneur and industry visionary, provides strategic direction and leadership for the company. With a background in space technology and degrees in Electrical Engineering and Quantum Mechanics, John has always pushed the limits of technology. John founded Beduin Communications in 1997 and built one of the first Java-based cell phone browsers, enabling mobile connectivity to the Internet for the first time. After selling Beduin to Sun Microsystems in 1998, John founded Rove (then Idokorro) and pioneered applications for handhelds such as remote over-the-air access to computers and mobile IT management. John also founded Magmic Games in 2002 to tap into the emerging market for mobile game development and publishing.
