Jeffrey Heyman

Jeffrey Heyman is a Co-Founder & serves as Chief Investment Officer at Woodbourne Investments. He is also an Angel Investor. Prior to this, he was a co-founder of WillMax Capital Inc. in 1993. Over the last twenty years he has acquired, managed, repositioned, or developed over 5,000 multi-family apartment units/mobile home pads. He went on to co-found HomesUSA, which went public on the NYSE in 1997. At the time of the IPO it was the largest independent retailer of manufactured homes in the United States. Heyman received a MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics (with Distinction) from Stanford University.
