Eyal Waldman

Eyal Waldman is a Co-Founder and serves as the Board Member, President and Chief Executive Officer at Mellanox Technologies. He is a Co-Founder of Mellanox, and has served as our president and CEO and as a member of our board of directors since March 1999. From March 1999 until June 2013, he also served as our chairman of our board of directors. From March 1993 to February 1999, Waldman served as vice president of engineering and was a co-founder of Galileo Technology, Ltd., a semiconductor company, which was acquired by Marvell Technology Group, Ltd. in January 2001. From August 1989 to March 1993, Waldman held a number of design and architecture related positions at Intel Corporation ("Intel"), a manufacturer of computer, networking and communications products. Waldman also serves and previously served on the boards of directors of a number of private companies. Waldman holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology ("Technion"). Waldman is located in Israel. Waldman's qualifications to serve on our board of directors include his role as a co-founder of Mellanox, eighteen years of service as our president and CEO, service as our chairman of our board of directors, and his design, engineering and architecture expertise. Our board of directors particularly values Waldman's extensive experience in the semiconductor industry and as our CEO, which gives him unique insights into the Company's challenges, opportunities and operations.
