Eric Zinterhofer

Eric Zinterhofer serves as Co-Founding Partner at Searchlight Capital Partners. He is jointly responsible for overseeing the Firm's activities with the two other Founding Partners. Zinterhofer serves on the Boards of General Communication, Inc., Hunter Boot Limited, Integra and Liberty Cablevision of Puerto Rico. In addition, Zinterhofer is currently Chairman of the Board of Charter Communications, Inc., the second largest U.S. cable operator. Prior to co-founding Searchlight, Zinterhofer was a senior partner at Apollo Management, L.P. ("Apollo") in New York. Zinterhofer graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania, with BA degrees in Honors Economics and European History and received an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
