Prior to joining A16Z, Weil led corporate design and culture at Twitter. She also served as Senior Associate at Institutional Venture Partners from 2008 to 2009. She was previously an Analyst with Menlo Ventures. She was instrumental in Menlo Ventures' investments in OnRequest Images and RF Surgical, while also working on the firm's investments in LensVector, Reactrix Zimbio, Golden Gateway Financial and NComputing. Previously, Weil was the Manager of Marketing at online gaming company Xfire. She also managed Marketing and Financial Planning at AuctionDrop, the first eBay drop-off company and was an Analyst at Radar Partners. Weil has an M.S. in Management Science and Engineering and a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University.
