Eileen Sivolella

Eileen joined Advent International in 2009 and has 15 years of private equity experience. She serves as the Firm’s chief financial officer. Prior to Advent, she was the chief financial officer of Bain Capital where she led its finance organization. Previously, Eileen was a Partner at Deloitte and a founder of its private equity practice in New York where she worked with many of the largest private equity firms. Eileen served in various leadership roles including as a member of Deloitte’s Board Council to the U.S. Board of Directors and Deputy Managing Partner of the New York audit practice.
