Dylan Pearce is a Partner in uur Los Angeles office. He focuses software and internet companies. He helped lead Greycroft's investments in Axios, Deposit Solutions, Lightricks, Segment, SEMrush, The RealReal (NASDAQ: REAL), TrunkClub (acquired by Nordstrom; NYSE: JWN), Unbabel, and Yeahka (SEHK: 9923.HK). Prior to joining Greycroft, Dylan worked at Polaris Partners, M/C Partners, and Morgan Stanley. Select board and observer experience includes AccentHealth (acquired by OutCome Health), Axios, Baja Broadband (acquired by TDS Telecom; NYSE: TDS), CoreLink Data Centers (acquired by Zayo Group; NYSE: ZAYO), Deposit Solutions, Lightricks, SEMrush, and Yeahka (SEHK: 9923). Dylan received an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BS from the University of Southern California.
