Diane Yung

Following her career in public accounting at KPMG LLC with both domestic and international experience, Diane has managed corporate and operational accounting for a number of companies in the energy field. She has held controller, VP and SVP positions in finance and administration, with growing responsibilities for financial reporting, budgeting, accounting, tax, trading risk management, information technology, and human resources. Prior to joining RockPort, she was Regional VP, Finance & Administration for Edison Mission Marketing & Trading, the trading arm of Southern California Edison, and was instrumental in developing the company’s trading system and implementing controls over operating and trading activities. As CFO she is involved in all financial and management matters at RockPort. A Licensed CPA in Massachusetts, Diane is a graduate of Boston University with a BS in Accounting and Finance.
