Devesh Sachdev

Devesh Sachdev is a Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer & Director at Fusion Microfinance. An XLRI Post Graduate with 16 years of experience in the Service Industry. Devesh primarily leads from the front & is a hardcore hands on approach person. He started his career with Citigroup and was part of Credit Card Operations team in Delhi for 4 years. After that his entrepreneurial hunger forced him to join a mid size logistics company, BSA. In his last assignment Devesh was heading all the Group Companies of BSA in the capacity of Director. He spearheaded the growth of BSA from single city operations, limited service offerings to Pan India foothold and diversified services making BSA the Market Leader in its segment. When he left, BSA was operating from 26 cities, had more than 500 employees, 300 business associates and was handling around 4 million transactions in a month. Devesh was also responsible for developing and retaining relationship with MNC Banks, leading Private Banks, Telecom Companies and other Corporate. His expertise includes managing large teams operationally especially in a cost-efficient model, key relationship management and handling all dimensions of the business.
