Anil Hemrajani

Anil Hemrajani is an angel investor. He is the Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer at Big Universe. He began his career in information technology, helping companies develop custom enterprise software using emerging technologies. In 1997, he founded a successful IT solutions company, which he sold in 2003. He established an award-winning online community for software programmers that grew to 100,000 registered members. The author of a 360-page software technology book (available in four languages), Anil has also published dozens of articles in popular magazines, won multiple industry awards and given talks to thousands of developers worldwide. In 2007, he launched BigUniverse.com, a comprehensive e-book reading, writing and sharing platform for K-8 students and teachers, with customers in 30 countries.
