Insight targets North American headquartered businesses with $75 million - $1.5 billion in revenue and enterprise values from $50M to $500M. Insight invests $10M - $125M of equity per opportunity focusing on the following industries: Manufacturing, Automotive and Transportation, Aerospace and Defense, Industrial and Consumer Goods, Distribution, Energy services, and Service and Professional Industries. Insight Equity does not invest in real estate, retail or restaurant businesses. In February of 2010, Insight closed on $525 million of new capital.
