Andre S Hoffmann

Andre Hoffmann is the Founder & serves as Chairman of the Board at Massellaz. He also serves as Board Member at Inovalon. Since 2006, Hoffmann has served as the Vice Chairman of the board of Roche Holding, Ltd., one of the world's largest diversified healthcare companies focused on medical diagnostics and treatments, and has served as a board member since 1996. Hoffmann also has served as Non-Executive Vice Chairman of Givaudan SA, the world's leading flavor and fragrance company, since 2008 and as a non-executive member of the board of directors since 2000. Since 1999, Hoffmann also has served as the Chairman and owner of Massellaz S.A., a research and advisory company, and, from 2005 to 2013, served as the Chairman and owner of Nemadi Advisors Ltd., a private equity advisory company. Hoffmann also serves as a director for Genentech Inc., one of the world's largest biotechnology companies, ultimately acquired by Roche, Amazentis SA, a private therapeutics and diagnostics company, and Glyndebourne Productions Ltd., a service company.
