Yum Brands Retirement Plan is a multi-employer noncontributory defined benefit corporate pension fund based in Louisville, Kentucky. Established in 1997, the plan covers certain U.S. salaried employees of YUM Brands and its participating subsidiaries and affiliated corporations. The assets of the pension fund are managed by the executive management team.
