Xerox Corporation Savings Plan is a multi-employer defined contribution corporate pension fund based in Norwalk, Connecticut. Established in 1945, the plan covers substantially all full and part-time U.S. employees of Xerox and participating subsidiaries except those covered by a collective bargaining agreement unless that agreement calls for participation in the plan. State Street Bank and Trust Company is the trustee of the plan. The assets of the pension fund are managed by the plan administrator committee. The committee is appointed by the Vice President of Human Resources of the company and is responsible for the general administration of the plan and for carrying out the plan provisions. The trustee of the plan is State Street Bank and Trust Company.
