Wilson Asset Management is an independently owned Sydney-based Australian investment manager and institutional capital provider managing listed investment companies and unlisted funds. It deploys capital across Australian public equities from micro to large cap, global equities, alternative assets and corporate debt, with a research- and market-driven strategy focused on undervalued growth companies, mispricing and discounted assets. For founders, it is more relevant as a selective institutional investor with broad Australia/global exposure, including some U.S. private-company exposure in marketplace and sustainability themes, than as a conventional venture capital fund.
